very hard to find.
HB. Published without Dust Jacket. 1989 FIRST EDITION. 350 pages of photos and explanations.  Some rare ones.
Book is in great shape for age.  Has original owner address label on first facing page. Cover has less than expected
wear and tear for a book without a DJ. Usual corner/spine bumps. Inside has no writing, rips or tears that I see.
