    Description

An unusual soft cover book for governmental preliminary accounting regulations for the city of Wuerttemberg, Germany from 1938. Includes several loose letters from 1937 from finance minister of what appears to be the governmental Forestry agency.  Letters deal with regulations on the color of ink for correspondence, pay, rental vehicles and a supplementary edition of additional regulations from 1939. Shows considerable wear/staining on cover. Some yellowing on interior pages. Please review the photos as they are a part of the description and show the actual item you will receive.  Though these are only regulations governing some rather mundane issues, this item will not be for sale to those countries which do not allow WWII German items to be bought or sold such as Germany, France and Italy.
