By Papillon - brand new, vintage flapper inspired dress from the 1920's.  Does not have the traditional fringe on the hemline but has ruffles for a similar look.  Retails for at least and up.
Black tulle or mesh fabric overlay over "nude color" underlining, creating a very unique look
Beaded black and white embellishments on the front of dress only around the neckline, waist, and hemline.  The back is plain
Pullover style, without a zipper.  Loose waisted
Sleeveless, V-neck styling with a ruffled hemline sewn onto the underlining, creating a peek-a-boo detail
Length of dress:  46" from shoulder seam (about mid-calf length)
