for auction is a vintage sterling silver and turquoise letter opener. Good sized piece, features nice stamp work and a lovely stone. Remnants of an inscription on the back of the blade, see pics. Signed with the stick figure hallmark for Carl & Max Luthy shop, and not marked but tests as sterling.
Wear and tarnish, but great condition. No cracks in the stone.
Measures just over 8" long, and 5/8" wide.
Total weight is 52.7 grams.
