I was intending to use these for vintage tennis racquet re-stringing with period string.  However since I am selling off my racquet collection, I no longer need these strings for that purpose.
16 gauge synthetic gut  - 16G
Price based  on .25  per pack.
The used to be sold  at guts and glory (search:  velociti tennis string guts and glory)
I also found them currently at game - set - match for .50 a set.
they appear to be your basic synthetic gut, probably an alternative to Prince Synthetic Gut.
