    Description

    Lightly used but it has spent 20 years on my workshop top shelf (some dust).  You will need the proper drivers and image software; the manual can be found on line.  I doubt the latest versions of PC operating systems will support it; I would guess you would have to go back to Windows 98se,ME, or 2000. with printer cable.
    note I have bypassed the 12v power connector with a direct wiring.  I don't recall why this was done.
    Avision's
    AV100C
    is a sheetfed parallel port scanner (which means it won't work with a Macintosh) that retails for 9 (Australian dollars). It can scan in 24 bit colour, with an optical resolution of 300dpi (dots per inch) and mechanical resolution of 600dpi.
