USED LARYNGOSCOPE HANDLE + MACINTOSH BLADE #4 & #3 for ETT INTUBATION USED.
I used this in paramedic labatory practice setting.  The light works, see pictures (actual item).I only have the #3 MacIntosh blade. I found the #4 MacIntosh blade, both will be sent.
It has scratches and WILL NOT come with batteries (2 x C cell).
This should only be used in a training setting, not real world use.
Condition is "Used".
