This photo softcover book measures 10-1/2 x 7-3/4 inches, contains 96 very heavily illustrated pages and was published by Hoffmann Verlag in 1938 in Munich.

s more than 125 spectacular full-page and half-page photos, the book follows the trip that german Chancellor made in 1938 to Italy to visit Benito Mussolini. Mussolini had prepared well for the visit of the german Leader and he was the toast not only of the cities of Rome, Florence and Napels but also of the country. Rome was decked out in splendor from an earlier age in Italy and the Italian army and Italian paramilitary organizations were paraded incessantly and much, much more…
