Like new. Seconded from the manufacturer. Some cracking under the finish on the headstock. Compare the last two photos. The first one is what it looks like to the naked eye. The last one is heavily processed. The horizontal scratches are superficial that are mostly showing up as light reflections. The vertical cracks are harder to see but are under the finish.
