    Description

Quirky Old Pawn Native American Spur Bolo Tie by RJE with Spinning Rowel!  This beautifully crafted bolo tie is sure to be a conversation starter.  The center piece measures just under 3" in length, and 2 1/4" in width.  It is adorned with three turquoise nuggets, measuring anywhere from a 1/4" to 3/8" in width, and 1/2" to 5/8" in length, and two red coral stones that measure 1/4" in width, and 5/8" and 1 1/8" in length respectively.  The center piece is connected to the spur by two swivel points.  The spur measures 4 1/8" in length from top to tip of the spinning rowel, and 2 1/3" in width.  The spur is adorned with four turquoise nuggets, that are similar in size to the ones found on the center piece, and four red coral stones that measure roughly 1/2" in length, and 1/4" in width.  This amazing piece of art is attached to a black, braided, leather cord that is in excellent condition.  The cord measures roughly 37" overall, including the silver tips.  Total weight on this piece is 136 grams.  The center piece and spur are both stamped RJE, and the clasp for the tie is by Bennett.  What I am guessing was the price (720) is also written on the back of the center piece in blue marker.  Condition is pre-owned, and sells as is with no returns, so please ask any questions prior to bidding.  This piece is part of a large collection that was lovingly assembled by a couple on their trips to South Dakota in the 70s and early 80s.  There are over 100 pieces in the collection, so if there is something particular you are looking for, please let me know because I may have it.  Reasonable offers are always welcome.  Thank you!
