Nikon Super Coolscan 5000 ED Film Scanner
Up for sale is this lightly used LS-5000 (the Super Coolscan) film scanner, fresh out of servicing; clean and working well.
The NIKON 5000 ED COOLSCAN is a 35MM dedicated film scanner that produces exceptional results.
Scanning 35mm negs or slides will yield approx 24 Megapixel files
This unit can scan mounted 35mm film and strips. In addition to the two holders provided there are a plethora of additional film holders available for this scanner which will allow batch scanning of film rolls and even batches of up to 50 mounted slides for batch scanning. An SF-210 bulk feeder (see my other listings) enables the loading of 50 mounted slides. There are even special holders for APS film, microscope slides and more.

Operating Condition:
This unit is fresh back from a full service clean and adjustment. It was hooked up to my PC which has Nikon Scan 4.02 running. The scanner was powered on, ran through it's self test, and passed without any faults. I scanned a 35mm slide. The scanner operated properly - see photo
Cosmetic Condition:
The unit overall is in excellent condition. All sides are shown in the photos. Film feeders have no damage.
