Myers Feather Pickup System.
Used only a couple times.  Sounds great.  No damage or modification to your instrument.  I just decided to go with an internal mounted pickup.  I used it on a tenor ukulele with and without a preamp.  sounded good both ways.
In addition to the standard items it came with, it also comes with an xlr to 1/4" adapter and extra batteries.
