Description
This a combination of handbills/postcards from both the Family Dog at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco and the legendary but short-lived "Denver Dog" at 1601 West Evans Avenue in Denver.Each handbill/postcard is an original 1st printing and stored in a glassine envelope.
1.)
The Doors, The Sparrow
Created by artist Victor Moscoso, the "Break on Thru to the Other Side" design was one of The Doors 1st appearances in SF.
