A laryngoscope is an instrument used to view the larynx (voice box), the opening to the trachea and the lungs. It consists of a blade, which goes into the patient’s mouth, and a handle. This laryngoscope set contains four differently sized Macintosh blades made of stainless steel.

The handle is made of durable stainless steel. It sports tiny grooves all over its body to allow a good grip.
An LED lamp is fitted in the blade which helps you view the throat clearly. The lamp is detachable and replaceable.

There are four blades of different sizes that can be detached and attached to the handle according to your professional requirement. The sizes of the blades are 1, 2 3 and 4.

In a medical application, autoclaves are used to perform sterilisation. This technique requires the use of high temperature. The laryngoscope set can be autoclaved without any damage.
Macintosh type
The Macintosh type of laryngoscope is safe to use. It provides enough room for passage of the tracheal tube through the oropharynx and gives a clear view.
