heavy steel & resin height adjustable laptop desk / cart was previously used in a medical facility, there was an identical unit in use at the vaccination pod I went to.  The base is made from thick wall rectangular steel tube, the body and drawer are steel plate, the top, handles and slide out mouse pad wings (left and right) are thick resin, the casters are steel with wide rubber wheels.
It's in excellent shape and has been cleaned from top to bottom, two of the casters were disassembled to clean the bushings and remove hair from the axles.  All of the wheels roll freely, the combination lock on the drawer works and the hydraulic cylinder that raises it has good pressure.  Next to the drawer on the left there is space to store a keyboard, when the drawer is pulled out there is a flat surface on the left side.
This item was several hundred when purchased new.
