About this scanner:
The 646 shares the same sensor and hardware scanning tools as the newer Imacon X1 scanner and is identical in almost every respect, with the exception transfer speeds limited to 40MB/s
Native Firewire 400 connection, compatible with any modern computer system (Mac might need special adapters/drivers)
Connect to any modern (or past) PC running XP, Win 7 or Win 10, Mac connection is also possible, however older OS and machines may be needed (sorry, we know nothing about Mac)
By far the best possible negative scanner available
Can scan up to 6 frames of 35mm, or 3 frames of 6X7 in one pass
Can scan sizes up to 5X7 negatives/positives and A4 reflective material
The latest versions of FlexColor scanning software for this machine (4.8.12/13 PC/Mac) can be downloaded from the Hasselblad website for FREE (or ask us for a copy), this free software also includes the needed windows and mac drivers for this scanner
There are LOTS of online resources and support available for these scanners (imaconusers group on IO groups, FB groups etc)

This scanner is tested and works as it should
Cosmetically, this scanner shows normal signs of handling with some dings, scrapes and marks all around from normal use and age
