Frank Holton Revelation Tenor Trombone

This listing is for a vintage Frank Holton Revelation tenor trombone. It has only been owned by one person and
is in remarkable shape for its age. According to the serial (90xxx), this trombone was manufactured in or around 1926. I'm a musician, but not a trombonist, and will try to describe it as best as possible. I did manage to play up to the 8th partial (treble Bb) which has never happened before.
The sandblast/satin finish and the lacquered silver are at about 95% or more. Gold wash in bell still looks good. Not peeling or flaking. Most tarnish has been wiped off but there are still spots that could use cleaning.
Bell section
: Please take note of various dents and dings in the bell and upper section of the body. All are superficial and can be removed by a qualified technician. The main tuning slide is on the... slidey slide (see below). The counterweight is not original. There are solder marks around the top brace and evidence of the screw post where the original counterweight was attached.
Slide
: The slide is in very good shape. It's a little scratchy but I can tell it will be smooth after a cleaning. No hitches or bumps. No external dents. Main tuning slide mechanism works I guess. I'm not exactly sure how it should look, but it seems to all be there. I think there should be a tooth on the tuning slide mechanism. Missing a key pearl perhaps on the lever. I didn't manage to take the tuning slide out, but one side moved. Water key needs a new cork.
Everything else
: Case is in great shape. Fabric is a little rough around the edges. Latches and hinges all doing fine. Original mouthpiece also included. I've read that it's a rare V cup?
