1. Purchase here on Ebay- after payment is completed you will receive an email with further instructions and an order form. E-mail or fax or form back to us- if there is any additional charges we will send you a pay-pal invoice!

Get your impressions made

Take these instructions to your provider for your impressions.
• Silicone impression material
• Open-mouth (1/2” bite block)recommended
• Impressions must extend just beyond the second bend.
• Full impression as if for a full shell ITE, without voids. If you are not sure if the impressions are viable for a proper fit and seal, you can send a photo to us and we will do our best to verify them before you send them in.

Package your impressions in a sturdy box along with your name and send to the address on the order form: EarTech Music, 106 East Watauga Avenue, Johnson City, TN 37601. Consider insuring your package for at least the cost of your silicone impressions.

30-day fit, 1 year material and craftsmanship on custom products (cables excluded.).
Where can I get my impressions made?
Any licensed hearing healthcare professional can take your impressions. Please do not make impressions yourself- It can be very dangerous! Contact us if you’d like help locating a provider near you.
Can I have custom artwork on the faceplates?
Sure, see order form for options and fees. For the artwork itself, vector images are best (.ai file types); otherwise, a high resolution image (JPG, PNG, PSD).
