Condition: Local Estate Find: Appears to be in good condition I know nothing about it except when you pump the foot pedal the wheel turns. and the piece at the back has a threaded back and forth adjustment that seems to work.Wheel is actually 19 1/2" and from floor to top of wheel is 38 1/2" 1 leg has been repaired up high underneath where it goes into the board, it cant bee seen unless you turn it over, and is solid.
