Bayer Quad Dewormer comes in the form of a chewable tablet for puppies and small dogs, and helps rid your dog of common tapeworms quickly and easily. Simply administer these tablets to your pup as directed to offer him quick relief from tapeworms, whipworms, hookworms and roundworms.

Directions:
Quad Dewormer Chewable Tablets for Dogs may be given directly in the mouth or offered in a small amount of food. You should weigh your dog to make sure you are using the right size and number of tablets. Administer to dogs and puppies* only as follows:
2-4 lb ½ tablet
5-7 lb 1 tablet
8-12 lb 1 ½ tablet
13-18 lb2 tablets
19-25 lb 2 ½ tablets
* Not for use in puppies less than 3 weeks of age or dogs weighing less than 2 lb.
Side Effects:
Isolated incident of either vomiting, bloody stool or watery/profuse stool have been reported following treatment. If these sins are observed and they persist, consult your veterinarian.
