2011 Best Nemesis HP V3 12m Kite

Purchased brand new as a leftover in August 2014 (original owner).
Designed to be super fast and provide high performance with big boost!
The kite was heavily used by me and is being sold "as-is".
It has been faded by the Florida sun, and the fabric is sun damaged.
The two middle burgundy panels (to either side of the middle strut) and the second most outer burgundy panels (between struts 2 and 3 on both halves of the kite), especially along the trailing edges, are now tearing too easily.
The outer most black panels (outside and near the last strut on both halves of the kite) are not deteriorated at all, and are in surprisingly very good condition.
The white main bladder fabric pocket and strut fabric pockets are also not at all deteriorated and are in very good condition.
The kite has at least a half dozen, very-carefully-done stitching and mending-tape repairs along and near the trailing edge, done by only me over recent years.
I used thick, UV-resistant sail thread for all repairs. There are presently two tears in the trailing edge that I have not repaired, nor do I plan to (i.e. sold "as-is")
In 2017 I replaced all of the One-Pump system tubes that connect the main bladder to the 5 strut bladders. I used high-grade, UV/chemical resistant Neoprene tubing, and it has held up perfectly.
And amazingly, the bladders are perfect on this kite!
There are no leaks.
The active portions (i.e. where the metal eyelet pivots drag) on the front bridle line and on the steering line have been replaced at least twice.

Burgundy (now faded to pink!), black, and white in color.
I’m selling this kite because I just purchased another new 12m kite. This is by far the “Best” kite I've ever owned and it was the second 2011 Nemesis HP V3 12m I was able to purchase as a leftover.  It does everything the classic Best Nemesis kites are known for.  I hate to part with it, but it is now worn out. However, I cannot just throw it in the trash!
I figured there might be someone out there who might want it as-is, or as a fixer-upper.
Replacing the burgundy panels with new fabric would make this a world-class kite once again, or you can keep repairing like I did.
Everything else is good and certainly has some significant life left.
Since I really have no idea what this kite might be worth, I'm going to use the auction method to allow the market decide.
