    Description

This wonderful old silver and turquoise shadow box bolo was purchased at the 1972 Gallup (New Mexico) Inter-Tribal Ceremonial directly from the Navajo silversmith.  It’s got a wonderfully organic shape and a knock-out Royston turquoise stone set into a plain bezel.  Unsigned and without a silver hallmark, but I’m confident the bolo and tips are both sterling silver.  It’s beautifully patinated, although it could be polished a bit for contrast with the shadow box portion. One of the slim tips is bent ever so slightly but otherwise this piece is in very good vintage condition overall.  Please take a close look at the photos for condition and dimensions.  A gorgeous old piece.
    Thanks for looking!
